Semi-Homemade Chili



This chili is fast and so good. 


Brown 1 pound of hamburger and drain. Add the following:


2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of Ro*Tel Mild diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can of tomato paste
4 cans of dark red kidney beans
2-3 Tbs of garlic powder
6 Tbs of chili powder
3 Tbs of cayenne, 
salt and pepper to taste


I am guestimating on the spices, because I really don't measure. My suggestion is to add that amount and then put more in until it tastes good, but remember once it's in, it won't come back out. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes. You can cook it a little longer, but no more than 30 minutes. I top with sour cream and shredded cheese and enjoy. Delish!
